We just had such a fun few days on "Stay-cation" over at my parent's house while they're out of the country for a couple weeks. Yes, they knew we would be over! :)
Jeremy had hernia surgery a week ago, and was in between projects with work so had scheduled some "down time" last week.
We had quiet mornings in the Word, spent lazy days by the pool, and had yummy BBQ dinners in the evenings. It was perfect, and virtually free. Thanks mom & dad!
Now we're back to reality... Jeremy's at work, there are piles of laundry and cleaning to do, and it is H-O-T here today. Time to crank on that window AC unit!
And yes, I also am aware that I haven't updated this blog in a CRAZY long time, BUT rather than overwhelm myself with trying to catch up, I thought I'd jump right back in and post when I can.
